Users, Roles & Permissions
Invite Organization Members
Organization members are users who belong to your Alliesia organization. These members can access public workspaces and may be invited to private workspaces depending on permissions.
Organization members include both public and private members. Secret members are not considered organization members unless they are explicitly invited. To learn more about secret invitations, see the Invite Secret Members guide.
Organization Member Types
Organization members can belong to two visibility groups:
- Public Members – Visible to everyone in the organization and can access public workspaces.
- Private Members – Members who can only access specific workspaces or boards where they are invited.
Member Limits Based on Plan
